Penalties
During the event the UCI scale of penalties will be applied according to the UCI Regulations.
Official ceremony
The winning riders (1st, 2nd and 3rd places) should attend the awarding ceremony and the post-finish brief interview after the race finish. These riders should present themselves at the podium in accordance of the programme of the event.
The awarding ceremony will be held on the podium in the centre of track. The post-finish brief interview will be held in the press-centre.
General information
The riders should wear a rigid safety helmet at all times when riding on the track surface and safety zone.
Riders should not wear or use any devices such as radios, music players, telephone etc., while riding on the track. Any electronic device with display must be hidden so it can not be read by the riders.
A rider receives only one warning prior to disqualification.
The warning and disqualification are relevant to each specific competition. А rider may be moved down the race standings and/or issued a warning, depending on the magnitude, intent and impact of his/her fault. After a second warning, or being relegated for the third time, will be disqualified.
All bicycle check will be carried out in the equipment check area before entering the track. Riders must come for bicycle-check in adequate time prior to their start.
Checking will also be carried out 15 minutes prior to each stage of the competition.
Commissaires are entitled double check the rider and his bicycle after the race. Should the bicycle or position have been modified in contravention of the regulations, the rider may be disqualified.
